This notice explains how the muchita.ai and shopping.muchita.ai websites use cookies, analytics, and ad conversion measurement. It is
separate from the privacy policy for the Muchita Shopping browser extension, linked below.

We use cookies for pseudonymous website analytics and conversion measurement - to improve our products and understand whether our ads lead to Chrome Store visits.
Google tags load only after you click "Accept". Decline, and no Google analytics or conversion cookies are set. Separate Cloudflare measurement, guide counters and list-gallery processing are described below; they do not depend on that Google choice.
No ads are displayed on this site, no remarketing audiences or advertising profiles, and no selling of your data.

Your language preference
When you choose a language, we remember its language code in this browser using local storage and a muchita-language-v2 cookie shared by muchita.ai, shopping.muchita.ai and ella.muchita.ai. The cookie lasts up to one year. It stores no identifier or shopping or journal data, and works independently of your analytics choice.
We use browser language preferences to suggest a supported language. Merely seeing or dismissing a suggestion does not save a language choice. A dismissal lasts for the browser tab’s session. You can choose another language at any time or clear Muchita’s site data to remove the saved preference.
Price comparisons saved on this device
The current calculator autosaves edits in this browser under muchita-price-comparison-v2. It stores the comparison name, currency, entered store names and offers, prices, quantities or units, shipping, dates, retailer links and save time. It works independently of your Google analytics choice. The four purchase-condition checkboxes reset when you reopen the comparison; earlier checks do not verify today's offers.
“Start over” clears the current calculator draft. Clearing this site's browser data also removes saved comparisons and any older worksheet data. The calculator can import a legacy draft from muchita-price-comparison-draft-v1; older data may remain until you clear site data. The former separate Save button and eight-check worksheet controls are gone. The Italian calculator can still save a dated single-price observation.
Entered offers are not uploaded by this calculator. A shared link contains the comparison values, product name and retailer links you included; anyone receiving it can read them. Review those fields before sharing. Downloaded files and copies on another device remain separate.
Shopping lists and gallery counters
The website list and gallery tools were retired on October 11, 2026. New snapshots, submissions, votes and previews are no longer accepted. Existing browser records have not been deleted. The retirement page can download original browser records or retrieve an existing short-link snapshot after your explicit click, without editing them or sending analytics events.
Stored short links, gallery submissions and event records have no automatic expiry. Clearing browser data does not remove server copies. See the Shopping privacy policy for the fields, moderation, retention and removal-request details.
What we use
When you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and basic
interactions, and the Google Ads conversion tag to measure clicks from this site to
the Muchita Shopping Chrome Store listing. This helps us understand what's useful, improve the product,
and judge whether our own ads are cost effective.
After consent, we also count when you start a calculator comparison, reach a result after
confirming its comparison conditions, or request to copy or share the comparison. Each event is counted
at most once per page load; demonstration examples are excluded. We do not send the product
labels, prices, quantities, shipping amounts or condition choices you enter. A calculator
result uses your own inputs and confirmations; it is not an independently verified offer.
On buying guides, consented measurements also count regional selections, reminders,
sharing, visible comparison links, clicks, and completed discount calculations.
We send only the region and action category, not the amounts you type. On shopping.muchita.ai,
we measure loading, interaction and layout stability after consent, including for EU visitors.
Performance reports contain numeric timings and ratings, not the text you enter or product URLs.
After website analytics consent, we remember a coarse entry campaign or guide, source,
medium and landing language in this tab for up to 30 minutes between page visits.
This preserves the entry guide when you follow another page on our site. We keep only a
broad referral category, such as Google search; never the raw referrer URL or search query.
A search referral alone does not prove an organic visit.
If you then click our Chrome Store link, we keep those campaign fields and a seven-day
expiry in local storage. We never store a Google click ID or search term in this record.
If the extension is installed within that window, we hand over those coarse campaign fields and
delete the site copy. The extension sends them only with its separate usage-analytics
consent. Declining website consent removes both saved records. Store clicks are reported
separately from actual installs; these campaign groups do not identify a shared person
across the website, Store and extension.
Google tags may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_<id>, and
_gcl_au to measure visits and attribute a Chrome Store click to a Muchita ad. This is
pseudonymous, not anonymous; Google also receives ordinary connection data. We disable ad-personalization
signals and do not send names, email addresses, purchase data, or extension browsing activity.
Cloudflare traffic and performance measurements
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Its HTTP traffic reports count requests,
including requests from crawlers and other automated clients. The reported unique visitors
are based on IP addresses; they are not a count of individual shoppers.
We also use Cloudflare's browser performance beacon outside the EU to measure page views
and loading performance. This separate measurement does not use analytics cookies and
is not controlled by the Google cookie choice above. Our Cloudflare configuration excludes
EU visitors from the beacon. The uninstall feedback page blocks optional analytics scripts.

On buying guides, our own server also keeps daily aggregate counters for all visitors,
including in the EU, without cookies, browser storage or any identifier: guide requests,
whether the page was scrolled or tapped, completed share or copy actions in the guide's
next-step box, arrivals from those shared or sent links, and Chrome Web Store link clicks.
Each counter stores only the date, the guide, phone or computer, that day's version of
the guide and the country. IP addresses and browser details are read only to leave out
automated and internal traffic, and are not stored. From 10 October to 14 November 2026
guides alternate daily between two versions of the next-step box so we can compare them;
nobody is assigned individually.
What we don't do
No ads displayed on the site, remarketing audiences, or personalized advertising signals.
No selling or renting of your data.
No enhanced conversions or customer-data uploads.
Your choice and consent
On your first visit we show a short banner. Google tags are loaded only if you choose
"Accept"; if you choose "Decline", Google tags are not loaded and no analytics or conversion cookies are set. Your
choice is stored locally in your browser.
You can change it anytime with the
control (here or wherever it appears), or by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also
install Google's
Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
