Data deletion

Muchita Shopping has no account. Extension storage, website storage and information you chose to send have separate deletion controls. Clearing one does not clear the others.
Email privacy@muchita.ai with the subject “Delete Muchita Shopping data.” Include the relevant page or list link, approximate date and enough context to locate what you chose to send. Do not include passwords, payment details or a private assistant check link.
Open Muchita Settings → Privacy → Reset all local data to stop active work and clear extension-managed local and session data. Removing the extension also removes its Chrome-managed local storage. Clearing ordinary browsing history or website cookies does not reset extension storage.
The website list and price-record tools have been retired. Existing browser records have not been deleted. Download existing records before clearing site data if you want to keep them.
In the manual price calculator, choose Start over to remove that saved comparison from this browser. To remove all saved website lists and price entries, clear site data for shopping.muchita.ai in your browser. Older entries on muchita.ai belong to that separate site and must be cleared there. Chrome's site-data instructions explain what that removes.
Clearing browser data does not delete downloaded backups, images, CSV files, imported calendar events or links you already sent. Delete those copies in the app or location where you kept them.
Previously shared short list links stored a snapshot with Muchita. New snapshots and public-gallery submissions are no longer accepted. Short links and public-gallery submissions have no automatic expiry. Local deletion does not revoke the link or remove the server copy, and there is currently no self-service removal control.
Contact support@muchita.ai with the relevant list link or identifier to request removal. We need enough information to locate it. We cannot recall copies other people already saved or shared.
Muchita can delete identifiable general feedback or “Found a better price?” reports when there is enough information to locate them. Related support or privacy correspondence can also be deleted when applicable.
Turning optional analytics off deletes the extension’s local random identifier and stops future events. It cannot recall events already processed under Google Analytics retention controls.
Price checks make functional requests to search providers, comparison sites, image hosts, and retailers. Their privacy and deletion controls apply to the ordinary connection data and requests they receive.
We aim to respond within 30 days. Limited records may be kept when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, debugging, or legitimate business records.

To delete an Ella account and its data, use the family sheet in the app (מחיקת חשבון ומידע) or e-mail privacy@muchita.ai from the address you signed up with. The account, its records and photos are removed within 30 days; records in a circle that stays active remain with the family without your name. Details: Ella privacy policy.
