Terms of Use

Muchita Shopping is provided by Zahi Cohen, an individual developer operating under the Muchita AI name from Israel. These terms cover the Muchita Shopping website, Chrome extension and assistant plugins.
By using Muchita Shopping, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@muchita.ai.
Muchita Shopping is intended for people aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or legal guardian's permission. Purchases are made directly with retailers and are subject to their terms, including any age restrictions.
If you use Muchita through an assistant, you must also meet that provider's age and account requirements.
Muchita helps compare offers for the same product and variant. Automatic checks use the Muchita Shopping extension in desktop Chrome to visit search services and retailer pages. Setup and connection requirements depend on your assistant and device and are explained on the relevant setup page.
A connected assistant can request a check and receive its result. A manual comparison uses offers you enter; those offers have not been independently verified by Muchita. You choose whether to install the extension, run a check, stop it or open a retailer offer.
The price comparison calculator works with amounts you enter. Those entries are not retailer prices verified by Muchita. The list, date-calendar and manual price-record tools were retired on October 11, 2026.
Prices, stock and retailer terms can change. Automatic matching and third-party information may be incomplete or inaccurate. A result describes the offers Muchita checked at that time; it does not promise the lowest price everywhere or guarantee that a price will remain available.
Muchita ranks verified comparable offers by item price in the comparison currency. Shipping is disclosed separately when available. An unknown shipping charge is not zero. Shipping never changes the offer order or item-price savings. A delivered total, when all included costs are known, may be shown separately. Manual comparisons are based on the details you enter.
Before buying, confirm the product, variant, condition, availability, item price, currency, tax, shipping, seller, delivery destination, warranty, membership requirements and purchase terms on the retailer's website. A monthly payment, trade-in amount or conditional price is not necessarily the price of an outright purchase.
Purchases take place directly with retailers. Retailers handle orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, returns and warranties under their own terms. Muchita does not place orders, take payment details or process payments for your purchases.
Muchita Shopping is currently free to use. Retailer purchases and any separate services you use have their own charges.
Use Muchita only for lawful shopping and in accordance with the terms of services you visit. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, overload it, bypass access restrictions, or use it to obtain private information. Do not submit passwords, payment details, account pages or private links as product requests.
The assistant plugins compare ordinary physical consumer products. Their supported scope excludes explicit adult products, tobacco or nicotine products, prohibited drugs or drug paraphernalia, prescription-only or age-restricted medicines, weapons or explosives, illicit goods, covert surveillance products and extremist merchandise. A product may be excluded by the service even where it is legal to buy locally. Ordinary toys, tools, safety equipment and lawful medical devices are not excluded merely because their names resemble a restricted product.
Do not use the plugins to arrange gambling, money-transfer services, investment trades, fraudulent financial services or purchases of digital products and subscriptions. Retailer checkout for an eligible physical product is separate from these restrictions.
The Privacy Policy describes the data processed by the website, extension and assistant connections, optional analytics and feedback, retention, third-party services and privacy contacts.
Automatic checks send product searches and page requests to search services and retailers from your browser. The connected assistant receives the shopping result. The hosted connection temporarily processes the chosen product, optional shopping country and result; its check-data retention does not determine the retention of support messages or ordinary hosting and security records.
Previously saved website lists remain in their original browser. Previously shared short links can still retrieve their existing snapshot; new short links and gallery submissions are no longer accepted. Stored short links and gallery submissions have no automatic expiry. Clearing browser data does not delete a hosted copy. The data-deletion page explains existing records and requests to remove identifiable hosted information.
Muchita Shopping is independent of assistant platforms, browser providers, search providers, marketplaces and retailers. Their names and product names are used to describe compatibility or identify offers, not to imply endorsement. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services control their own content, availability and practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the information they receive. These terms do not replace a retailer's purchase terms or your assistant provider's terms.
Muchita may be unavailable or unable to check a store. Its results are shopping information, not a guarantee of price, product quality or retailer performance. Use the available evidence to make your own purchase decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits consumer rights that apply to you. These terms do not remove a retailer's obligations to you.
Muchita may update the service and these terms. Revised terms will show their effective date, and notice will be provided where required by applicable law. You can stop using the website, disconnect the assistant plugin or remove the Chrome extension at any time. The Privacy Policy explains data retention and privacy requests after you stop using the service.
For support or questions about these terms, contact support@muchita.ai. Include the product or public retailer link and what happened, when relevant. Do not send passwords, payment information or a private check link.
