Help with your price check.
Use the direct connection setup guide for ChatGPT or Codex. Fresh checks require desktop Chrome and the published Muchita extension. ChatGPT uses the private handoff in its card; Codex's hosted connection can return text results. On a phone, keep the exact product for a computer check, or view an existing result while it remains available.
Which part stopped?
- Missing connection: enable Muchita in a new chat. ChatGPT custom connections depend on your account and workspace; its Plugins page offers Refresh for discovered tools.
- Asked to install again: keep the original check tab open and install from the Store in that Chrome profile. The OpenAI connection needs Muchita 0.3.19 or later.
- Human check or blocked store: follow the prompt in Chrome. A partial or empty comparison does not establish the lowest price.
- Expired or interrupted check: request a fresh one. Unopened requests expire after ten minutes; hosted data expires one hour after request creation. An old link cannot restart the check.
For support or privacy requests, email support@muchita.ai. Include your assistant, operating system, Chrome and extension versions, the visible error and when it happened. Describe whether the problem was connection, installation, progress or results. Do not send account links, passwords, private check links or connection tokens or your full conversation.
Prices can change. A result is a snapshot of offers checked for the exact product and variant, and shipping may be added. Muchita never buys on your behalf.
