The organizer's 2026 rules confirm November 13-17 and allow a seller to limit a promotion to selected days, products, regions or sales channels. Check the actual product page and promotion terms before planning a purchase.

Two separate checks
A participating store is not a verified deal.
Start with the organizer's participant directory when a store claims to be part of the event. Registration tells you about the business's participation, not whether your item is discounted, in stock, or offered by that business rather than a marketplace seller.
Open the seller's actual offer and record the exact product code, package contents, condition, seller and availability. A platform name alone does not identify a third-party seller. If one of these facts is missing, keep the question open.

Profeco distinguishes offers and promotional incentives. Do not subtract a possible future bonus from today's item price or treat unknown delivery as free. Only add a component to a total when it applies to this buyer and its amount is verified.

Run a five-minute offer check.
These steps use facts you can inspect yourself. Difficult or ambiguous offers can take longer. Stop before naming a cheaper item if a required fact stays unknown.
Write the exact product.
Record the model number, variant, package, capacity or size and condition. Match these before comparing prices.
Identify the actual seller and stock.
Check the seller shown at purchase, including a marketplace seller, and whether your exact variant can be bought now.
Verify the price you can pay.
Use the full outright item price in MXN, with the same tax basis and any membership or coupon eligibility established.
Read the promotion's limits.
Check day, channel, region, eligible card, minimum spend, cap and whether the benefit is an immediate price cut or a later reward.
Compare and keep the evidence.
Compare equivalent item prices; note shipping separately. Check the applicable total, delivery and return terms before payment. Save your own dated observation and confirmation.
Three common false comparisons
Know when to leave a row unranked.
- Same marketing name, different item. A different model suffix, storage size, package or refurbished condition can change the product. Keep it out of a same-product comparison until resolved.
- A monthly number dressed as a product price. Multiply a payment amount only to understand the commitment after checking the actual agreement. Do not rank an installment amount against a cash item price.
- An eligibility promise without a buyer. A card, app, geographic or seller-specific benefit belongs in your decision only if its terms apply to you. A participant badge does not settle that.

Make your own shortlist before the banners arrive.
Choose a specific product you actually need and save its model, package, target budget and a dated price that you observed. One observation is not a price history or proof of a future saving.

Is every participating store's price a deal?

Should a card bonus count as a lower item price?
No. Record a card bonus or store credit separately with its eligibility and timing. Compare verified outright item prices for equivalent offers.
What if a seller offers interest-free installments?
Check the full purchase price and agreement. A monthly payment is not an outright item price and should not be ranked against one.
Can I compare on a phone?
